As part of their ongoing expansion efforts, onePHG is seeking an experienced and determined Audiologist to join their team in Smithfield, VA [
The Audiologist will provide comprehensive audiological evaluations, perform specialized tests, and create treatment plans for patients while taking full responsibility for the complete patient journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing comprehensive, diagnostic hearing evaluations for primarily adult patients.
* Evaluating, diagnosing, and providing treatment and rehabilitation for tinnitus patients
* Hearing aid verification, including Real Ear Measurement and Speech Mapping
* Taking complete ownership of the treatment, the continuing care, and the patients journey.
* Dispensing and fitting hearing aids.
* Providing counseling and follow-up care.
* Maintaining professional credentials and CEU requirements and staying informed and knowledgeable about Audiology news and updates.
REQUIREMENTS
* Au.D. or masters-level degree in Audiology
* 2+ years of experience fitting Hearing aids
* Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently.
