Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a talented Administrator/Receptionist to join their team in Edinburgh city centre.

Salary: £25000 per annum

As the Administrator/Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office while providing exceptional service to both staff and clients. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms, organising events, and assisting staff with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner, taking accurate messages and responding as necessary.
Greet clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate meeting rooms efficiently, projecting a positive and friendly image on behalf of our client.
Provide tea, coffee, and additional setup for meetings.
Schedule both internal and external meetings, ensuring that appropriate rooms are booked and set up prior to the meetings.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception desk and public areas throughout the day, including staff and catering kitchens.
Respond promptly to all emails and inquiries received, ensuring that all room bookings and urgent requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Assist in setting up video conference calls and conducting audio-visual testing to ensure a smooth meeting experience.
Support the Office Manager by reporting maintenance issues.Requirements:
