Contract Scotland are currently working with a reputable house builder in the Central Scotland area who are looking for a highly driven new home sales advisor to join their successful team. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new home sales and managing the customer journey ensuring customer satisfaction is met at all times, from initial inquiry to property handover. 
Responsibilities include:

Meet and greet Clients on site
Assist clients throughout the process with their selections/choices
Secure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administration
Ensure presentation of show home is kept to a high standard at all times
Monitor general presentation of site and report any non-compliance
Collation and research of competitor sales
Regular progress/update reports to be submitted
Monitor survey feedback
Assist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to client
Monitor entry dates, conclusion of missives, sales incentive plans and packages
Observe Health & Safety regulations at all times
