Children residential support worker

I am looking for some great support workers to look after some incredibly vulnerable young people who have suffered varying traumas in their lives resulting in them being removed from their family environments and placed in to a care setting. childrens age range will be from birth to 18 years.

The young person will likely have had experience of sexual exploitation, drug misuse, behaviour issues or self harm tendencies so experience in de escalation techniques is a must.

Requirements for this role would be

At least a level 3 in health and social care - childrens.
A clean driving licence
An enhanced DBS
Registered with Social Care wales
Preferably have PMBA restraint training - We can put this in place for the right candidate.
