Apprentice Tooling Technician

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Tooling department as an Apprentice Tooling Technician.

The position is based in our Aberdeen workshop and will report to the Production Manager. The position's primary responsibility will be to learn and develop the skills necessary to support the Production Department and our Moulding Operations.

This apprenticeship program provides hands on experience in the operation of our injection moulding machines and machine shop with guidance from experience mentors, comprehensive training, and support to advance a career in the field of tooling and machine shop technology.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience or coursework in a practical, hands-on related subject and a foundational understanding of mathematical concepts. It is crucial candidates have a willingness to enrol into formal apprenticeship program related to engineering, tooling, and injection moulding. Additionally, adaptability to new challenges and a strong desire to collaborate effectively within a team are essential attributes for success in this role.
