Concept-IT are delighted to be partnering a growing Technology business as they look to recruit a People Operations Partner. They believe in the power of data to transform HR practices and unlock the full potential of the workforce. We are seeking a talented and motivated People Operations Partner to join the busy HR team and play a key role in revolutionising how they understand and optimise our human capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilise advanced analytical techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyse HR data from multiple sources. Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across all HR functions.
Trend Identification and Forecasting: Identify trends and patterns within HR data, proactively anticipating future needs and challenges. Develop predictive models to forecast workforce trends, retention rates, and talent acquisition requirements.
Performance Metrics Development: Design and implement comprehensive performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs. Continuously monitor and refine metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Data Visualisation and Reporting: Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate key HR metrics and findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Present findings in a clear and concise manner, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition teams, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes.Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar People/HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R. Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
