A London based, commercial refurbishment client, is currently seeking a Site Manager No.1 to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity with a competitive salary of £50k to £70k depending on experience, along with an attractive package.
Key Details:
* Salary: £50k - £70k (dependent on experience) + package
* Project Values: £1m - £5m (typically offices)
* Project Duration: 6 - 12 weeks (typical)
Requirements:
* Carpentry background preferred, with strong proficiency in reading drawings.
* Trade background not essential but advantageous.
* SMSTS certification.
* First Aid at Work certification.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
* Understanding of the ethos of JCT Contracts.
