Inside Sales Support Representative
Our client is a successful national construction and civil engineering hire business, with offices providing outstanding services to clients throughout the UK.
They’re currently looking to recruit a confident and ambitious Inside Sales Support Representative to join their team at their Tamworth office.
The role will involve assisting members of the sales and national account managements team by talking to customers on the phone, dealing with issues and inquiries to ensure the primary goal of customer satisfaction.
Also seeking out new sales opportunities via the phone and talking to potential new clients.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2+ years experience in telephone sales, ideally gained in a construction, civil engineering, plant hire or related background.
A confident, professional telephone manager and excellent communication skills are essential.
Salary is in the range of £28k-£30k + benefits. Plus there are genuine opportunities for further career progression within the sales team.
