Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is collaborating with a national business in the facilities industry to fill a Health and Safety Administrator role.

This position will provide vital support to the Senior Management team across the business.

Working closely with the Head of Operations, the role will involve:

* Managing training plans

* Overseeing Risk Assessments

* Demonstrating excellent health and safety knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

* Utilizing good office skills with attention to detail, along with interpersonal, leadership, and motivational abilities

* Providing support in developing risk assessments and method statements, including training personnel to meet Company standards.

* Promoting health, safety, and well-being campaigns to raise awareness of specific issues and identify Company concerns.
