Position: CNC Miller (Night Shift)

Location: Sheffield

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines equipped with Heidenhain controls.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient machining processes.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Conduct in-process inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production schedules and workflow efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Miller, with expertise in operating machines with Heidenhain controls.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling selection, and cutting parameters.
Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to work night shifts and flexibility to accommodate changing production demands.Benefits:
