In the Netherlands, we are located in four cities: Huizen, Delft, Eindhoven and Hengelo (head office). Together with an extensive ecosystem of knowledge partners, customers and suppliers, we work on radar systems for seagoing vessels, cyber security solutions, transport systems, communications equipment for land forces, cryogenic cooling solutions, R&D for radar technology (in collaboration with TU Delft), as well as R&D for serious gaming. (in collaboration with the University of Twente).

Tijdens de opdracht ben jij, als Financieel Controller, verantwoordelijk voor de volledige planning- en controlcyclus van de subsidies van Thales Nederland.

Belangrijke taken zijn:

• Financieel aanspreekpunt voor subsidies (intern & extern)
• Beoordelen van nieuwe subsidievoorstellen
• Opstellen van interne & externe voortgangsrapportages
• Verantwoordelijk voor de feitelijke, prognose- en budgetprocessen van subsidies (bijv. verkoop, kosten en cashflow)
• Afsluiten van een subsidieproject (samen met de accountant)
• Sparringpartner voor projectleiders
• Deelname aan verbeterprojecten

Wij zijn op zoek naar een proactieve en hands-on kandidaat met een passie voor financiën, die graag werkt in een informele en internationale omgeving. Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in financiën en ongeveer 3 - 5 jaar werkervaring in subsidiebeheer (bij voorkeur EU- en NL-subsidieprojecten). Het vloeiend spreken en schrijven van zowel Engels als Nederlands is voor jou geen probleem. Van nature nieuwsgierig, aarzel je niet om je mening te geven en huidige processen in vraag te stellen.

We verwachten dat je 50% van de werkweek op locatie werkt.
