Role: Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Bilsthorpe
Salary: Up to £32k
Are you looking for a new role where you will be heard? Do you have a passion for IT and providing support? If so, this may be the role for you.
DNS and DHCP, does this mean something to you, are you able to explain what it is, if the answer is yes then you have passed the first hurdle.
This is a great chance to join a company going through a huge amount of change within the business as they are bringing all IT back in-house, so you will need to be adaptable and assist with the challenges and changes that may arise.
What they are looking for:
* Experience with technical support and maintenance of desktop and mobile devices.
* You will be customer-centric, offer support and work on high-volume tickets.
This isn’t just your standard support role as you will be able to get involved in project work when they arise. Flexibility is key as you will be a good all-rounder, testing and recommending hardware and software for the business. You will be able to provide informal training to users who are having repeat issues to help guide them.
