An exceptional opportunity has become available with a fantastic Main Contractor in their offices in Warrington.
They specialise in large-scale Residential projects in the UK and are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to contribute to their vibrant team in Warrington.

As a leading architectural contractor specializing in urbanism and design, you will have the opportunity to shape cities and communities through innovative large-scale residential projects.

Duties:

Lead large scale residential projects through all stages, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion.
Utilize advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM software for detailed design and technical documentation across residential projects. Manage project timelines and deliverables, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate closely with consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and manufacturers to resolve design issues and ensure project success.
Provide mentorship and supervision to a small team of 4-6, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Regularly attend sites to oversee project progress, address construction challenges, and ensure compliance with regulations.Candidate Requirements:

Masters Qualified and ARB registered Architect
Proven track record of delivering large scale residential projects the UK
Expert Revit user
Proven experience in a project running capacity
Confident delivering projects through RIBA stages 3 - 6
Comprehensive understanding of Technical standards and regulations
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) is essential
Must have right to work in the UK
A high-quality portfolio of previous work
