As an employee in the HR department at senior level, you are the expert in the area of Compensation & Benefits. You will oversee Compensation & Benefits for the entire group, focusing on Austria and collaborating with the other countries' departments. Your role involves international strategy, bonus models, gender pay equity and compliance.
