We are looking to recruit a Cleaner to join our team in North Tyneside.
About the Role
Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for undertaking daily cleaning of site facilities in accordance with the cleaning specification, ensuring minimal disruption to the daily activities.
Cleaning Void Dwellings and Guest Rooms ready and available for occupation by a new tenant or guest, you’ll undertake daily checks, replenishing of all communal washroom consumables as and when required, all inline and whilst adhering to our Health and Safety processes and procedures.
About You
An effective team worker, self-motivated with the ability to work on your own as well as on your own initiative, candidates will have demonstrable experience within a similar cleaning services / industry role. A BICSc Licence to Practice (LTP) would be desirable, however is not essential. Must have excellent knowledge of CoSHH and colour coded cleaning operations.
Candidates must have a full UK driving licence.
