Position: Operations Coordinator
Salary: up to £28,000
Location: Bewdley
Hours: Days Monday to Friday
As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin between different departments, ensuring seamless coordination and communication to keep their manufacturing processes running like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of critical tasks, including:
Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Craft clear and concise SOPs to standardize processes and ensure consistency across our operations.
Providing Production and Maintenance Assistance: Jump into the action to lend a hand with production tasks when needed, and support maintenance activities to keep our machinery humming.
Data Collection and Analysis: Take the reins on data collection efforts, tracking downtime, yield rates, and other key metrics to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Training and Development: Take charge of training initiatives to onboard new team members and empower existing staff with the skills they need to excel in their roles.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in supporting various aspects of manufacturing operations, including training, SOP development, data collection, and hands-on support.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with teams across the organization.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for driving operational excellence and implementing best practices.
