As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing top talent for our clients, while enjoying a flexible work arrangement and a rewarding compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and placements in our database.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative staffing solutions.
Hard Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of staffing experience.
Must reside in Central California.
Proven successful placement record.
Strong motivation and drive to succeed.
