Are you a CPA looking for a Fast-Track to Partner at a firm where overtime is accrued and can be used for additional days off outside of tax season?
This is a HYBRID position that requires 3-4 days per week in office.
Salary range is $125,000 - $150,000.
Core Job Responsibilities
Manage clients' relationships and provide top quality tax and consulting service, including but not limited to tax planning, research, estate and gift taxes, business valuation and consulting.
Prepare and review tax returns for small businesses and individuals
Work with and manage a team of accountants
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
3+ years public accounting experience
Prior experience with estate and trust tax preferred
Desire to work in a small business, family-oriented environment
