Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Sales Officer to join the team.

Location: London

Salary: £(Apply online only)K + bonus/commission (depending on experience)

About The Company:

Our client is a €300M global digital advertising and technology organisation, providing a range of digital marketing and transformation solutions to grow their clients brand and customer acquisition. Their clients are leading well-known household brands and have developed lasting relationships with key providers (e.g. Google & Microsoft) within the space.

Due to their success across Europe, they are looking to expand their offerings into the UK market. As such they are looking to bring on board someone who can head up their UK team, win new clients and establish their presence in the UK.

Chief Sales Officer – The Role:

This is a vital role for the organisation and will lead on driving new business within the UK. It will be responsible for winning new clients, ideally with large e-commerce businesses, develop and grow a small team, whilst also working closely with the wider international team on global projects. You will have the autonomy to sell all services across their portfolio, alongside working with the product team to develop new services.

Chief Sales Officer – Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, implement and execute an effective sales and new business strategy to drive significant growth from day one

-Drive the growth and presence of the brand across the UK

-Manage and develop a small commercial and technical team to support the growth of the business

-Attend networking event, conferences and client meetings in order to grow the business  

Chief Sales Officer – You:

-Min. 10 years’ experience working within the digital marketing, digital transformation or digital advertising space

-Proactive, self-starter with a track record of winning new business

-Prior experience of managing a team

International experience would be ideal but is not essential
