Assistant Quantity Surveyor

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our rapidly expanding client on their fit-out project in London.

The project involves the Mechanical and Electrical work being installed alongside a full commercial fit out, near Liverpool Street Station.

The work will be carried out on a commercial space in London. The starting salary for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role will be anywhere between £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, plus travel allowance.

Duties will be but not limited to –

* Cost management

* Identifying labour and material needs

* Conduct site visits to assess progress

* Working closely with PM

* Prepare progress reports and forecasts

Working hours for this position are 38.5 hour working week spread across Monday – Friday.

Successful candidates will have previous AQS experience and M&E Knowledge.
