My client are recruiting for a Commercial Property Agency Surveyor, from newly qualified up to Senior Associate level to join our North East England team. They will be joining quickly growing and highly regarded business.
Key responsibilities
Undertaking agency sales and lettings of commercial properties and development land
Working with corporate and private owners, and property companies
Client management
Business generation
Key skills and experience
Experience in commercial property estate agency
Good reporting writing skills and high level of attention to detail
Good time management
Clean PII claims record for last 6 years
Full UK driving licence
Desirable
MRICS qualified
RICS Registered Valuer
Experience of residential estate agency as well
Track record of business development
Knowledge of Agency Pilot CRM system

Salary £40,000-£60,000 depending on experience
