Our client is looking for a friendly and experienced HR Advisor to join their team based in Leeds.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday and this is a fully office-based role.

The role will be varied but duties will include:

Managing the employee life cycle, including recruitment.
Alongside Managers, closely managing employee absence using the Bradford Factor means of measurement and using the Company disciplinary process when necessary.
Supporting the HR Manager to produce and analyse monthly headcount and absence reports.
Assisting the HR Manager to process the monthly payroll.
Driving the formation of the Engagement Committee, scheduling meetings and taking appropriate actions.
Monitoring, reviewing and updating HR policies, ensuring these are in line with current legislation and are meaningful and user-friendly.
Ensuring all employee documentation is stored in line with Company and GDPR regulations.
Continually striving to improve HR processes and procedures.
Building strong relationships with internal key stakeholders.
Answering employee queries regarding employment matters in a confident and friendly manner.
About you:

CIPD qualified (or working towards this qualification) is essential.
Comprehensive understanding of the principles and application of employment legislation and case law, European directives and best practices.
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of employee relations issues and best practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
Resilient with a can-do attitude, even when the pressure is on and facing demanding workloads.
At least 3 years' experience in a similar HR Advisor role.This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an international organisation with an interesting product.
