Job Description
This role will manage the email marketing and SMS channels, responsible for setup, QA, and launch of all components in the communication delivery to (url removed) the U.S. customer base. The role may evolve to to include the Canadian marketing. This role will lead the cross-functional execution with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities include:Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures
Manage all phases including planning, copy, deployment, analytics and optimization. Leverage heat-mapping and other performance-based tools to analyze email performance and optimize future campaigns.
Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates/educates impacted departments effectively
Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside central headquarter, beauty tech teams, and local business teams
Identify error trends and work cross-functionally with other teams to implement procedures to mitigate errors, or build tools that will reduce operational costs
Implement Adobe Campaign on time and on budget using database technologies, programming languages, and web technologies. This is a hands-on development role
Ability to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience of senior technical and business executives
Excitement about being part of a rapidly growing team with evolving responsibilities
Liaise with local business teams for all creative, analysis and A/B testing proposals.
Identify infrastructure and process enhancements and supports and leads respective initiatives to improve campaign development and management.
Benchmark competitive landscape summarize market trends.
