Requirements:
A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge in one of the SAP modules (SD, PM, MM, SRM, Central Procurement, or Ariba)
- Practical experience in customer consulting and requirements management as well as customization
- Good knowledge of logistical SAP processes and project management
- Willingness to familiarize oneself with additional SAP modules
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented actions
Responsibilities:
Serving as a competent point of contact to support customers and demonstrating expertise in consultation and 2nd + 3rd level support
- Ensuring constant development of customer solutions while keeping customer requirements in focus
- Easily creating implementation concepts and carrying out customization, documentation, and development project proposals
- Utilizing expertise to contribute to project outcomes, designing customer workshops, and efficiently leading them
