Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential office support to our team. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries from both internal and external sources with standard correspondence, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individual or department as needed. You will manage data by collecting, reviewing, and updating it, as well as retrieving company records upon request and preparing records for archiving.
Additionally, you will greet visitors professionally, maintain visitor logs, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Handling phone calls and ensuring accurate and prompt message delivery will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you will coordinate and organize meetings, travel arrangements, and other activities to ensure smooth scheduling and logistics.
