Abodea is a fast-growing proptech startup based out of Salt Lake City. We're revolutionizing the way rental management works, and we're seeking innovative people looking for massive growth opportunities. We're continually growing and our team has work experience at companies like Weave, PwC, Walmart, Inc., State Farm, and Hertz We are looking for a high-performing candidate to help us drive our revenue growth targets as we continue to disrupt the industry. As a full cycle Account Executive, you will help us accelerate growth by being responsible for the following:
Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to conducting product demonstrations, negotiation, and successful deal closures.
Leverage networking tools to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.
Present product demonstrations and execute sales concepts to convert existing customers and potential customers.
Negotiate agreements and diligently maintain sales records and data.
Propose solutions to enhance sales growth and elevate the overall customer experience.
Stay informed of industry news and trends that could affect our positioning in the market.
Requirements
Proven track record as a successful SDR/BDR or account executive.
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Willingness to learn and use company tools like Microsoft teams and Hubspot
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Relationship management skills
This is an in-office position
