BRIEF OVERVIEW
Premier supplier offering comprehensive designing, installation and maintenance solutions tailored for the construction industry based in Lakenheath is urgently looking for an Electrical Estimator to join their team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Comprehend project/program objectives and requirements, presenting a pre-tender overview for approval.
Identify critical factors influencing cost and other estimates.
Conduct research to gather data on labor costs, materials, production timelines, etc.
Collaborate with the commercial team to enhance the existing subcontractor database.
Utilize software to generate accurate bills of quantities and pricing for items within tender packages, conducting data analysis.
Solicit and evaluate offers and quotes from subcontractors for all tenders.
Conduct risk assessments prior to tender submission for high-value projects.
Prepare and submit estimate reports, tender submissions, or bids to Senior Leadership Team
Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, etc.).
Offer expertise in planning, including schedules and manpower requirements.
Experience on Trimble will be an added advantage
SALARY PACKAGE
Salary: £45,000k - £55,000 per year negotiable depending on experience
