Home Manager

We're on the hunt for a dedicated Home Manager to join a directing Luxury healthcare provider specialising in Nursing and Residential care for the elderly. This role is based near Droitwich, and is commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Kidderminster and surrounding areas. It's a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the residents.

As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of £65,000 and the chance to earn a 20% bonus. (£78,000 OTE) You'll also benefit from 39 days of annual leave, a pension scheme, and the opportunity to progress within the company.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home
