Tradewind is currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a lovely secondary school in Nantwich!

Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Nantwich

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £85 - £100 per day

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students at KS3, KS4, and those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), empowering them to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

Offering personalised one-to-one support to address individual learning needs
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to deliver small group instruction
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supporting students' emotional and social developmentRequirements:

Previous experience working with students with SEND, in a school or transferable child-based setting
Enthusiastic attitude and Strong communication skills
Strong UK Curriculum knowledge
Commitment to supporting student development and well-being
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and Professional references checks
