Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Processing payroll for 120 contractors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Collating data and sending it over to central services for further processing.
Liaising with clients, currently numbering 3-4, to address any payroll-related queries and provide exceptional customer service.
Communicating with blue-collar engineers to gather necessary payroll information.
Managing a busy workload, which is expected to increase, with efficiency and attention to detail.
Processing invoices of hundreds of thousands of pounds, requiring a high level of numerical proficiency.Requirements:

Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar fast-paced environment.
Excellent numerical skills with the ability to process large amounts of data accurately.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
