Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: Altrincham

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £85 - £100 per day, subject to experience

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students at KS3, KS4, and those with special educational needs (SEN), empowering them to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

Offering personalised one-to-one support to address individual learning needs
Assist in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons in Maths and Computer Science.
Providing specialised support for the Maths and Computing curriculum, collaborating with teachers to deliver small group instruction and effective learning strategies
Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supporting students' emotional and social developmentThe School:

Child-based work experience, Teaching Assistant or tutor experience is desirable
A degree in Maths, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the Maths and Computer Science curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to student development and well-being
