Year 3 Primary Teacher

Join our team as a Year 3 teacher at our partner school in Salford. The school understands how important it is that pupils develop as happy well-rounded individuals. The school believes in working alongside families and the community to enable all pupils to thrive. At our partner school, they have developed a spiralling curriculum whereby all learning is linked to ensure pupils are building on prior knowledge and applying this to different contexts.

As a Year 3 teacher, you will be required to develop engaging lessons utilising both collaborative learning strategies as well as a mastery approach. The curriculum draws upon a range of learning schemes to ensure the needs of the curriculum are met and place an emphasis on formative assessment to determine the specific learning needs of each pupil. The school community works closely to ensure all needs are met and has developed a range of extra-curricular activities to ensure all children can flourish.

This role will begin in September 2024 and you will be required for the rest of the academic year. The competitive pay rate for this role is between £140-£200 per day, subject to experience. This role is open to experienced teachers and ECTs.

To be a success in this role, you will need to:

Have QTS or QTLS status
Have experience with a KS2 class
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
