Building Service Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer - Leeds (North)
£38000-£40000 + Van + Benefits (including bonus)
Award winning commercially led FM Consultancy are expanding their services division and currently require a Building Service Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the business and work on commercial sites in the North and surrounding areas.
The successful Building Service Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer will need to have the following background:
4+ years' experience working as a Building Service Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer covering commercial sites
Work experience to include - PPM, Re-Active and Installation.
Full driving license
Have an electrical or mechanical biased with industry qualifications.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a pair and where required as part of a larger team.
Ability to do overtime in case of emergencies
The Building Service Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer will receive a full training program and the opportunity to progress through the business moving into a supervisory position.
