We are partners with a leading global commodities trading firm specializing in the trade and logistics of oil, metals, and minerals across international markets.
Role Details
We are looking for a Application Support Team Lead with expertise on Allegro ETRM system to head up a global team spanning North America, Europe, and APAC region.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead the App Support team in Europe and coordinate with teams in the US and India, serving as the escalation point for all support issues and interacting with global stakeholders.
* Support the Gas and Power trading business of our client, being the point of escalation for both external and internal stakeholders.
* Direct and collaborate with various IT and business resources, including C-level executives, Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, QA, and Infrastructure experts.
Key Skills Required
* Hands-on technical and functional experience with Allegro.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with IT resources and business departments, with team management experience including in-house, external, and outsourced vendor partners.
* Expertise in Power and Natural Gas products, trading & risk management, and knowledge of trade confirmation management, trade capture for physical commodity & derivative transactions, and credit risk mitigation methods.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of Commodities, Logistics, Financing, Accounting, or Derivatives, and an enthusiastic team leader with a proactive approach to challenges.
