Are you a Marketing Executive or similar looking for a dynamic and varied role within a rapidly growing, ambitious Property Development company offering autonomy as well as further progression as they grow?
This tight-knit company have been around for over 35 years and are have made their mark in the property market in the southern region, hand-picking their current team of 16 to ensure the right people are within the company to take them to new heights. Due to continual growth they are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team and expand their digital and online presence.
In this varied role you will be working on the Marketing of a number of the company's high value properties, this will include content creation, website management, social media posts, photography, and campaign management. This includes close liaison with the Head of Sales in order to support the sales and lettings of the properties. You will work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm at the office in Bournemouth.

The Role:
Marketing of high value properties
Content creation through social media channels
Website Management and Campaign Management
Work closely with the Area Sales Manager
