Are you passionate about the recruitment industry and eager to work in the fast-paced world of industrial and logistics sectors? The Recruitment Crowd is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Delivery Consultant (Resourcer). This position is a crucial role within our organisation, responsible for resourcing and liaising with clients in the industrial and logistics sectors.
Position: Delivery Consultant (Resourcer)
Hours: Monday to Friday - hours between 8am until 5:30pm
Pay: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum + bonus and other benefits
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates for our clients in the industrial and logistics sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
* Conduct candidate interviews, assess their suitability for specific roles, and provide professional feedback.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market knowledge, and any changes that may impact recruitment strategies.
* Effectively manage and coordinate the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.
* Liaise closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
* Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and be self-motivated.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A valid driver's license and access to own vehicle are mandatory.
* Flexibility to work outside normal office hours, as required.
