Are you an experienced Project Architect looking to relocate to Tokyo, Japan? Anderselite, in collaboration with our sister company ACRWorld, is looking for talented and bilingual Project Architects (English and Japanese) to join our clients dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Design Excellence: Contribute innovative design solutions and maintain high standards of architectural quality.
• Client Interaction: Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Ideally proficient in Revit, though applications from candidates without this software experience are also welcome.
Requirements:
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential.
• Architectural Experience: Proven experience across all RIBA stages, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on large-scale projects.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to run and manage complex projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Revit Skills: Experience with Revit is preferred, but not mandatory. We value all strong architectural backgrounds.
