Park Services Manager
We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Park Services Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on an exciting adventure!
As the Park Services Manager, you will play a pivotal and influential role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance and housekeeping departments along with implementing and supporting special projects.
As a Park Services Manager your responsibilities will be:
* Overseeing the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments reporting directly to the General Manager, with the Head of each department answering to you.Responsible for an efficient and welcoming check in process working alongside the accommodation and holiday service manager.
* Supporting the day to day operation of our Hire fleet and involved in the tactical improvement of it.
* Providing excellent park & facilities standards by working with the park’s maintenance manager and team
* Responsible for health and safety process on park.
* Winter Hire fleet and maintenance project.
* Implementing and managing the pitch standards process alongside the General Manager.
* Working with budgets and able to support and influence these in a positive manner.
Requirements of a Park Services Manager:
* Proven experience in team management or leadership
* Experience in facilities or large scale accommodation management would be beneficial.
* Previous knowledge of holiday parks would be a distinct advantage.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
* Flexible schedule and availability to work some weekends and holidays.
