With offices across the region, including Newark, Bingham, Mansfield, Radcliffe on Trent, and Southwell, they have earned recognition as 2019 Award Winning Estate Agents

The Role: Lettings Negotiator

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the bridge between landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

* Property Viewings: Showcase properties to potential tenants, highlighting their unique features.

* Tenant Liaison: Assist tenants throughout the letting process, from application to move-in.

* Marketing and Advertising: Create compelling property listings and promote available rentals.

* Negotiation Skills: Secure favourable terms for both landlords and tenants.

* Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, contracts, and tenancy agreements.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience: Previous experience in Lettings or Estate Agency

* People Skills: You’re a natural communicator who can build rapport with clients.

* Local Knowledge: Understanding of the East Midlands property market is a plus.

* Driven and Organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.

* Team Player: Collaboration is key; you’ll work closely with our dynamic team.

Hours of work:

Hours are Mon – Fri 9am – 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch and 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am – 1pm
