Warehouse Yard Operative **Forklift licence essential**
Nottingham City Centre outskirts
Upto c. £25,000
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy team.
Our client is a market-leading, reputable and established business based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.
Key Duties:
* Unloading/loading goods from vehicles
* Ensure that packages are correctly handled and stored to avoid damage
* Assist in the electronic scanning of all parcels through the goods in process
* Proactively create floor space in the yard and warehouses
* Locating of products to align with system
* Picking, packing and other processes involved in the movement of stock from receipt to dispatch
* Comply with Company and Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
* Undertake other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Manager
What you’ll need:
* Several years warehousing and stock control experience.
* Excellent communication skills, speed and accuracy
* A flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitude.
* Initiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
* The ability to accurately follow instructions.
* Counter balance forklift and full driver licence are essential for this role
