Skills and Experience
* Excellent administration skills
* Excellent Microsoft Office experience – strong excel, essential
* The ability to create spreadsheets and provide reports of collected data for analysis
* Data/Information collation
* Able to adapt to new software packages
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Able to take responsibility for tasks and see things through to completion
* Attention to detail
* Working to tight deadlines and effectively prioritise.
* Strong Planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
* Tenacity and a real sense of urgency
* Reliable and professional in your attitude and approach to work
* Confidence with the ability to work well under pressure
* Rail experience not essential
Job Role of Rail Compliance Administrator:
* To Assist the Compliance Manager in ensuring Vital are compliant in managing its safety critical workforce to work in the Rail industry and adhere to Client guidelines.
* To perform tasks and provide information to internal staff and clients e.g. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
* Performing Business compliance tasks to produce spreadsheets and reports
* Data/Information collation for reports
* Attend meetings with internal departments
* Assist in resolving issues and non-compliance within branches of Vital
* Update safety records and rail specific system – training will be given on all of the above.
* Maintain records and safety information
