Responsibilities:

Prioritise the top clients and ensure service level targets are met for all customers.
To process and manage all quotes, job bookings / orders.
Collaborate with the Logistics Team Manager and Sales Team to ensure smooth customer journey.
Conduct weekly reviews of Customer Sales Analysis.
Proactively follow up quotes to enhance customer relations.
Handle queries promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
Build positive supplier relationships.Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
An effective communicator, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and process-oriented.
Ability to work effectively in a small team.
