A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and hands on marketer to join a small, but ambitious and growing charity as a Marketing Manager.

The role will suit an all-rounder with a creative eye and a proven track record in marketing and will involve developing the marketing strategy and digital offering as well as helping identify growth opportunities and driving sales online.

Reporting into the Sales & Operations Director and working closely with the charity’s CEO/Creative Director, this is a key role within the organisation, and has one direct report.

The Marketing Manager will lead on all marketing activity from overall strategy and customer experience, branding, social and e-commerce plans, content creation, SEO, analytics, right through to POS and window displays.

Skills and experience required:
· Must have previous marketing experience in a similar role
· Experience in digital marketing
· Website knowledge is essential (ideally shopify too!)
· Must be able to implement as well as lead and co-ordinate input from the talented creative team around you, including a digital agency
· Good experience in social media management
· Good working knowledge of Adobe Suite
· Must have a creative interest and values that align.
