Purpose
Provide comprehensive internal and external training on company products, including product knowledge, fitting, assembly, setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Key Accountabilities
* Identify training needs with line managers and the People team.
* Support external training for customers with regional leads and sales teams.
* Act as the primary contact for all product knowledge training needs.
* Design and deliver training programs for the busniess and clients.
* Assist in developing individual learning plans for personnel.
* Monitor and review trainee progress.
* Collaborate with external training authorities as needed.
Expertise
* Experienced valve engineer with extensive knowledge of valve operations and maintenance.
* Minimum 5 years in a similar training role.
* Strong planning, management, training, and presentation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Recognized training qualification preferred.
* Multilingual skills are an advantage.
Impact
