We're proud to be recruiting for a friendly and professional Receptionist and Administrator to join the Harworth office team in a front-of-house role - providing a welcoming and professional reception to all visitors, while also co-ordinating on-site events and meetings, with some additional admin support duties.

It’s a great opportunity to join a business with a busy but friendly team, working in a highly visible role, and getting to know the entire team, in addition to regular and ad hoc external visitors.

Responsibilities will include:

Providing reception services – meeting and greeting visitors, organising and preparing meeting rooms, and co-ordinating catering and refreshments for meetings.
Providing support in ordering office supplies such as printer consumables, kitchen and stationary supplies.
Supporting in the planning of corporate events, and assisting on the day.
Answering external calls and assisting with enquiries.
Preparing presentations and assisting with formatting – using MS PowerPoint and Adobe.
Assisting with the creation of reports using MS Office packages – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Scanning and filing documents.

The role is easily accessible from the M1 so ideal for those based in the Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, or Doncaster areas.
