Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing company based in Pocklington, East Yorkshire. This is a full time and permanent role. The company is a large national manufacturer (non food) and has sites UK wide. They are recruiting for their maintenance team due to retirement.

This role offers a 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday only. NO Fridays or Weekends.

1 week of Day shifts , 6am to 6pm. And 1 week of Nights 6pm to 6am. rotating weekly.

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor role involves:

* Supervise a team of 4 Engineers

* Electrical / Mechanical maintenance on all machinery

* Working on large heavy machinery, conveyors, mixers, robotic palletizers, etc.

* Breakdown response to reduce machine downtime as much as possible

* Carry out fault finding and repair of equipment and facilities. Ensuring faults, breakdowns or issues are logged and reported correctly

* Increase efficiency through thorough execution of PPM planned maintenances schedules

* Help maintain quality of engineering stores via correct usage and communications

* Utilizing CMMS for planned and unplanned maintenance

We're looking for the following;

* Previous Supervisory experience

* Previous electrical maintenance experience (preferably 2yrs or more)

* Previous mechanical maintenance experience (preferably 2yrs or more)

* Time served apprenticeship/Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in maintenance engineering

* 18th edition electrical qualifications

* Good Fault finding and root cause analysis skills

* Previous experience with PPM and TPM systems

* Good interpersonal skills

* Computer literacy
