Do you have a keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in technical writing, coupled with a curiosity for working in a dynamic lab environment? We are currently seeking a Junior or Senior in college studying Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related field who is after an opportunity to dive into the world of quality assurance and technical documentation while working alongside industry experts.
As an intern with us, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), refining technical reports, and delving into quality management processes; you'll be encouraged to ask questions, explore new methodologies, and contribute your unique perspective to our team. With exposure to our lab environment, you'll gain invaluable insights into real-world applications of your technical writing skills.

Work closely with the hiring manager to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.Maintain open communication with team members and attend occasional on-site meetings for touch bases and huddles.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy in documentation to create comprehensive and user-friendly SOPs, technical reports, and other technical documents.
Review existing SOPs, technical report methods, and new methods for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
Perform slight data analysis to support technical documentation and report writing.
Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility in workload management.
Continuously improve documentation processes and templates to enhance efficiency and quality.
Keeping updated on industry standards and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
