Belmont recruitment are looking to speak with candidates with experience working within the homeless sector and housing to work as a pathway coordinator working at a private charity located within the Camden area.
The role will consist of managing referrals from the outreach service in Camden to the local hostels and building long lasting, professional relationships with the head of these organisations with the aim to help get homeless clients into the hostels with support from both parties. The aim will be to coordinate and manage short term placements into hostels, B&B’s and accommodation through building strong relationships with hostel staff through regular meetings and visits, as well as other external meetings to create plans for complex clients to help them get support and housing.
You will be required to be good with people, possess great communication skills and work flexibly to the demands of the service and occasionally work some anti-social hours.
Hours: Full Time (37.5h)
Days: Monday - Friday
Contract: 3/6 Months (+ongoing)
Salary: £22 per hour
