We pride ourselves on the wellbeing and progression of our people and are currently looking for an experienced radio engineer to join our team and undertake our evening / night shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving radio faults whilst taking ownership of the workload and equipment requirements in an efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The Role

* To work an evening / night shift investigating and resolving radio faults.

* To plan and prioritise effectively.

* Take ownership of the required equipment, ensuring items are ordered in good time.

* Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

* Excellent levels of communication in both writing and verbal are required.

* Support colleagues as needed.

* Adhere to the company strategy of right first time, in terms of quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

* Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with Business Management Systems.

* To always promote the company in a positive way.

Qualifications and Experience.

* Excellent solid technical background with strong theoretical and practical experience

* Strong experience in working on digital radio systems.

* Knowledge of RF technologies including, DMR, Analogue, VHF and Cellular

* Excellent client facing skills with very strong verbal & written communication.

* Able to work under own initiative and within a team environment.

* Experience in programming radio templates

* Have a strong eye for detail and be able to work with a high level of accuracy.

* Have experience of working in a busy environment.

* Full UK driving license is essential due to travel needs.
