Job Title: Early Career Teacher (ECT) Primary Teacher

Position Overview:  An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) Primary Teacher to join a warm and welcoming small school located just outside Manchester. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, tailored to the needs and abilities of the students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
- Establish effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behaviour and a productive learning atmosphere.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning journey.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected to obtain QTS by September.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the wider life of the school community.
